Are you licensed and insured?

Yes! We are fully licensed to conduct moves throughout the nation. You can view our operating authority status at the FMCSA website. We also provide Certificate of Insurance (COI) upon request.

How much does a local move cost?

Local moves are billed hourly per mover, plus a service fee of $25 plus $2 per mile (round-trip from our dispatch location). You are only billed for labor time, not transit time. Billing is in 15-minute increments.

How much does a long-distance move cost?

For interstate moves, we charge a flat rate based on distance and inventory. You will not be billed hourly unless you elect to use our packing services.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit/debit cards. We do not accept cash, check, money orders, or bank transfers/ACH. Payment is due on-site when the move is completed.

Do you provide packing materials?

Yes! Our crew will bring the materials needed to wrap your furniture with blankets and plastic wrap to protect it from damage. Full packing services are also available.

Do you disassemble and reassemble furniture?

Yes! Just let us know of any items that will require assembly or disassembly prior to your move so we can make sure we have the right tools and equipment.

Can I reschedule my move?

Absolutely! We just ask that you let us know as soon as possible if you need to make changes to your moving date. We will do our best to accommodate last-minute changes if possible.

Is a deposit required?

Yes, we require a deposit to reserve the resources for your move. The deposit is $100 or 10% of your estimate, whichever is greater. It will be applied as a credit toward your final invoice. The deposit is not refundable in case of cancellation or last-minute schedule changes.

Are there any hidden fees?

No hidden fees! We aim to provide completely transparent pricing. As long as you communicate the full scope of your move, any charges should be listed on your estimate.

Do you tip the movers?

Tip is not required but is greatly appreciated! Our movers typically receive tips ranging from $4 to $15 per person per hour depending on the size and scope of the move.
